Great central location, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Staff were cute and eager to help. Clean hotel with comfortable beds.
The bar area/restaurant had long queues and slow service. The hotel was noisy, with poor soundproofing and loud guests.

We loved how close this hotel was to the station, making it very convenient for us to travel around the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious and clean rooms. We also appreciated the option to accommodate up to four adults in one room, which worked perfectly for us and our daughters. the parking adjacent to the hotel was a major plus, especially in a busy city like this one.

The hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of the city centre and conveniently situated near the Empire theatre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including freshly made eggs, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
There was no jacuzzi in the pool and spa area.

We had a lovely surprise in our room for my boyfriend's birthday, with cakes and balloons. We were upgraded to an executive suite and offered late check-out. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and provided great service. Location was convenient for Anfield Stadium. The breakfast was really good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is perfectly located, right in the centre and within walking distance of all local attractions. The staff provide a friendly service which other hotels should aspire to, and they couldn't do enough for us - wonderful service. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and fitness studio, were great additions to our stay.
